HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DOES CHIC OPHICIAL ACCEPT?

CHIC OPHICIAL currently accepts the following forms of payment: Visa Debit/Credit, MasterCard Debit/Credit, APPLE PAY , ( TABBY FOR UAE CUSTOMERS ONLY ) and Cash on Delivery* (COD)* Please Note: Cash on Delivery is currently only available in Pakistan.

DO I HAVE TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No—you do not need an account with CHIC OPHICIAL in order to shop with us. WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF AN ITEM IS ON PRE- ORDER?

Pre-order merchandise is any item that is available for sale but has not yet been received by our distribution centre. Or, that has sold out and is being restocked.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will apply. CHIC OPHICIAL has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution. Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking your order with CHIC OPHICIAL is easy! Simply go to the “Track Your Order” page. Please note you will require your order number and email address to check the status of your order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE AND HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?

You will be able to see an estimated arrival date for your order during the checkout process. For more information on delivery and to see shipping charges to your destination, please view our shipping information page.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

CHIC OPHICIAL does not offer a refund policy however, if you wish to exchange any product within 14 days, you can contact our customer service centre by emailing us at (email) or can call us at (customer services no.) Please note, you will need your order reference number for our customer care representative to schedule the pick-up service.

HOW CAN I RETREIVE A LOST PASSWORD?

Click on ‘Forgot Password’ available at the sign-in page. Enter your email address and click on ‘Submit’. A set of instructions will be sent to your registered email to re-set your password. After your credentials have been verified, you will be able to create a new password.
