5. International Shipping
International shipping costs are calculated based on weight at the time of checkout. All international customers can expect their orders to be delivered within 4-6 weeks.
Delivery times vary depending on the product and category. If there are any delays, customers will be informed. However, if no update is provided, it may be due to a lack of communication (Email/Phone). Unexpected delays can occur due to customs clearance or other unforeseen reasons, extending delivery by an additional 5-6 working days or more. We are not responsible for any delays, including those that are not communicated to the customer, for both domestic and international orders, regardless of the payment method used.
6. Courier & Liability
Chic Ophicial outsources courier services and is not responsible for any mishandling, misplaced shipments, or delays caused by the courier company. In case of an issue,
customers can directly contact the courier service using the provided tracking number. While we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience, we can assist customers by raising a complaint with the relevant courier service.
Shipping charges vary depending on the product type and destination and are non-refundable. Any additional customs duties or taxes imposed by local authorities outside Pakistan are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Local Shipping (Pakistan)
For orders within Pakistan, shipping is free. Customers can expect their orders to arrive within 4-6 weeks.
