EXCHANGE POLICY

There is no exchange policy as per customer's liking or disliking of the product since all outfits are made to order for our esteemed customers.

Any product purchased from Chicophicial E-Store cannot be exchanged or returned under normal circumstances. An exchange will only occur in the unlikely situation that we have sent you a defective or incorrect item, and only in the even the purchased goods is unused and undamaged by the customer. All  custom orders are non-exchangeable.

HOW TO DO EXCHANGE

Send us defective merchandise to our head office address. Shipment will be paid by customer. Once we receive parcel we will examine it. It should be unworn, unaltered with all tags attached. If it fulfils criteria then we will  exchange product depend upon availability if in case product is unavailable customer is allowed to exchange it with similar price product. Amount which customer paid for shipping the defective piece will be used as store credit for next purchase.  

 RETURN POLICY

All orders are final, and non-refundable, but you can exchange in an event where an incorrect item has been mailed to you. We can only exchange the purchased items subject to product and size availability. Any exchange/returns should be brought to our notice with one-week of the receipt. Any claims made afterwards would not be honoured

All apparel must be returned unworn, unaltered and with all original tags attached. Returns that do not meet our terms will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Selection of wrong size or design by customer will not be included in our return policy as we made on order.

LATE RETURNS

Returns must be postmarked within 10 days from the date your order was shipped. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of chicophicial.com

CUSTOM ORDERS

Some exceptions apply to our standard return policy: The sale of all custom orders is final. Custom orders are all orders that have been tailored and or altered specifically for a customer at their request i.e. formals, bridals and couture pieces & and any ready to wear that has been altered. Custom orders will not be exchanged or refunded.

PATTERN OF LACE EMBELLISHMENT AND FABRIC 

Some times we don't get exact same laces, embellishments and fabric pattern due to unavailability of material it happens for two reasons either design is old or shortage of material in both cases Chicophicial will use different pattern lace, buttons and fabric to create same look which might be slightly different from model picture. Sometimes embellishments like Buttons, Button patties, Dori may also vary due to availability of product.

COLORS 

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Chic ophicial as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY 

You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will apply. CHICOPHICIAL has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution. You have only 24 hours to cancel your order after 24 hours it will be in process.

REFUND POLICY 

We only offer refund in worst case scenario in case of Major damage product (dresses only) for that you need to ship us damaged product at our address We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping charges will not be refunded Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Custom orders will not be entertained in refund policy.

Order Fulfillment & Delivery Policy for Peak Seasons (Eid & Festive Periods)

At Chic Ophicial, we take great pride in ensuring timely production and dispatch of all orders, especially during peak seasons like Eid. However, once the order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are subject to the courier company’s operations and policies, which are beyond our control.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Commitment: 

• All made-to-order products are produced as per the timeline provided at checkout.
• We use express shipping (at our expense, if necessary) to ensure timely delivery before Eid.
• The customer-selected economy shipping typically takes 10 to 12 days post-production.

2. Courier Delays & Brand Responsibility:

• Our responsibility is to manufacture and dispatch orders within the promised time.
• Once dispatched, Chic Ophicial is not liable for delays caused by the courier service, including customs processing, logistical issues, or high seasonal shipment volumes.
• We provide tracking details to allow customers to monitor their shipment.

3. No Refunds or Order Disputes Due to Courier Delays:

• If an order is shipped on time but is delayed by the courier and arrives after Eid, refunds, returns, or disputes will not be entertained.
• The customer acknowledges that choosing economy shipping comes with the risk of extended delivery times during peak seasons.
• Even when we upgrade shipping at our own cost, Chic Ophicial cannot be held responsible for third-party courier delays.

4. Customer Responsibility & Understanding:

• Customers are advised to order well in advance of Eid to avoid last-minute risks.
• If a specific delivery date is critical, we recommend choosing a premium shipping option or arranging for earlier production.
• By placing an order, customers agree to this policy and acknowledge that Chic Ophicial has fulfilled its obligation once the product is shipped on time.

Order Fulfillment Policy for Old & New Collections


At Chic Ophicial, we prioritize delivering the latest festive collections during peak seasons like Eid. However, customers sometimes place orders for designs from past collections, expecting them to follow the same delivery timeline as newly launched pieces. To set the right expectations, we have outlined the following policy:

1. Priority for New Eid Collection:

• During Eid season, our production and fulfillment primarily focus on newly launched collections to meet high demand.
• Orders for older designs are not guaranteed to follow the same expedited timeline as the latest Eid collection.

2. Separate Production Timeline for Past Collections:

• Older designs require additional time for sourcing materials and production, as they are not part of our active Eid release schedule.
• The estimated delivery timeline for past collections may be longer than the Eid collection orders and will be communicated at checkout.

3. Customer Acknowledgment & No Urgent Processing for Old Designs:

• Customers who purchase older designs acknowledge that their orders will not be prioritized over new Eid collection orders.
• We strongly encourage customers to check the estimated production and delivery timelines before placing an order.
• Chic Ophicial is not responsible for delays if a past collection design does not arrive in time for Eid.

4. No Refunds or Cancellations Due to Different Timelines:

• If a customer orders an older design expecting Eid delivery but the timeline extends beyond Eid, refunds, order cancellations, or disputes will not be entertained.
• Customers who require their order for Eid should choose from the current Eid collection for timely delivery.
