We do not provide refunds. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for a replacement or store credit. All apparel must be returned unworn, unaltered and with all original tags attached. Returns that do not meet our terms will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Our exchange policy is meant to enhance the customer experience. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your Chicophicial account.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date your order was shipped. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of chicophicial.com
Some exceptions apply to our standard return policy: The sale of all custom orders is final. Custom orders are all orders that have been tailored and or altered specifically for a customer at their request i.e. formals, bridals and couture pieces & and any ready to wear that has been altered. Custom oreders will not be exchanged.
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Chic ophicial as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate.
