EXCHANGE POLICY

Any product purchased from Chicophicial E-Store cannot be exchanged or returned under normal circumstances. In the rare scenario where product is faulty, damaged or incomplete You may always contact our customer service, within 24 hours of receiving your order, who will facilitate you with an Online Store Credit option (minus shipping costs) of the same value, which then can be used to purchase another item. Please note that no customer request will be entertained after 24 hours of receipt of order by customer.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
We do not provide refunds. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for a replacement or store credit.

All apparel must be returned unworn, unaltered and with all original tags attached. Returns that do not meet our terms will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Selection of wrong size or design by customer will not be included in our return policy as we made on order.

REPEATED RETURNS
Our exchange policy is meant to enhance the customer experience. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your Chicophicial account.

LATE RETURNS
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date your order was shipped. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of chicophicial.com

EXCEPTIONS
Some exceptions apply to our standard return policy: The sale of all custom orders is final. Orders purchased in sale are not included in exchange or return criteria. Custom orders are all orders that have been tailored and or altered specifically for a customer at their request i.e. formals, bridals and couture pieces & and any ready to wear that has been altered. Custom oreders will not be exchanged.

COLOURS
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Chic ophicial as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate..  

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will apply. CHICOPHICIAL has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution. You have only 24 hours to cancel your order after 24 hours it will be in process.
